While the picnic basket still may be the most popular way to transport picnic supplies, picnic backpacks are most certainly moving up in the ranks! While I must admit that the old fashioned picnic basket will always hold a special place in my storage closet, picnic backpacks are easier to carry, hold more picnic supplies and more often than not…are more durable!
