Short of spilling hot coffee on yourself or a chance encounter with a bear, we’re having trouble conceiving of what kind of trouble you could get into should you go on a picnic but our lawyers insist we remind you that you are solely responsible for your actions and safety when picnicking. Picnic For All will not be held responsible for any injury, loss of life, property, picnic supplies or finances resulting from any picnic you may attend. Wear sunscreen, bring insect repellant, avoid bears, don’t pour hot soup or coffee on yourself or others and don’t feed the wildlife. Also, try to remember where you parked the car and never spread a picnic basket over an ant mound. Don’t leave the mayonnaise in the sun too long, either.

We want you to be safe and happy. Please don’t try to hold us responsible if you choose to do otherwise.
